At Ocean Quest, our sales philosophy is to provide customers with superior knowledge and service to ensure that they get the best equipment possible to fit their needs and budget. Our goal isn’t simply to make the sale, we want to make sure that every customer and student is satisfied with the equipment and service they receive from our facility.  We want to be known to be the best and we work hard to maintain that reputation. 

Personal Attention

Our customers receive personal attention from Ocean Quest staff to ensure they are educated on a variety of equipment in order to meet their specific diving needs. Purchases are supported with the highest level of customer service.

Ocean Quest chooses equipment suppliers who can provide a variety of equipment selection that is affordable, practical and is supported with good customer service.

We Dive

All of our staff, including the owners Greg and Deirdre, dive and teach actively.  This means we are current with equipment trends and will offer good advice to our customers.  We dive what we sell.  You will not find any equipment at Ocean Quest that we do not feel will meet your needs.  We have used most every piece of equipment we stock to give it our stamp of approval. If it doesn't meet our expectations, we won't sell it at Ocean Quest.

We are confident with our approach to equipment counselling.  If you are not satisfied with the advice you receive from our staff, we will gladly exchange your equipment to meet your needs.
